Fred Wickham, President

Fred's work has received numerous awards as well as publication and product
placement in regional and national markets. His work has appeared in
periodicals such as the Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine, The Wall
Street Journal, Time and Newsweek.
In 1982, Fred received his BFA in Art from Syracuse University. His degree
includes a major in Illustration with Minors in both Biology and Art
History. Upon leaving Syracuse, in 1983 he spent a year long apprenticeship
with Reilly Design in Boston, Massachusetts.
Fred returned to New York in 1985 and served the next two years as Art
Director with Howell & Kendall in Elmira, New York. In 1987, Merrill Lynch,
Inc. - Realty Division, based in Washington D.C., hired Fred as their
National Art Director for Print and Collateral Advertising. The following
year, Canasta Design Works was founded. Fred became full-time managing
partner of Canasta Design Works, Ltd in 1989. In late 2003, Canasta Design
Works was merged with Howell Liberatore & Associates in Elmira New York, to
become Howell, Liberatore & Wickham, Inc.
The agency announced his election to the position of president in March of
2007.
Amanda Bucher, Account Executive

In her role as an account executive, Bucher works with clients to develop and implement strategic communications plans, conduct media outreach, and organize dynamic
events that are designed to meet their specific needs. "My role here is multifaceted," Bucher shared. "I collaborate with clients to market them more effectively,
while working hand-in-hand with our creative team to deliver effective communications materials." Her experience in communications research, media planning and
outreach, and strategic planning plays an important role in her position at HL&W.
Prior to returning to HL&W, Bucher was a program manager at Potomac Communications Group in Washington D.C. where she was responsible for having her clients interviewed
for articles in key publications such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Washington Post. Bucher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from
Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA and a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. Bucher is a member of
the Public Relations Society of America.
Aaron Luckette, IT Manager

Aaron brings an extensive background in the information technology field, primarily in the planning, development and deployment of web sites and
web-based business applications.
Aaron served honorably in the U.S. Army as a Personnel Administration Specialist and continued his work in the Human Resources field during the technology boom of the
1990s. Aaron's consistent aptitude for technology in the Human Resources industry then brought him into a role as a database administrator for a national software
development company. Leaving his position as a Database Administration Manager to continue the advancement of his career, Aaron then operated his own company that
played a key role in the development of numerous web sites and web-based software projects for a diversity of clients in the commercial and government sectors.
Aaron's role at Howell, Liberatore & Wickham, Inc. is to manage the development, deployment and long-term requirements of technology solutions for our clients and
to ensure our internal IT environment is capable of meeting all our customers' objectives timely and efficiently.
Grace Reddy, Account Executive

"Grace's energetic personality combined with her research experience and communication skills makes her a
dynamic addition to our team," said Wickham, president and creative director of HL&W. "Her ability to help
clients understand and realize their full potential from a marketing perspective is a valuable asset to
our clients and our company."
In her role as an account executive, Reddy collaborates with clients to develop marketing strategies, campaigns,
and materials that are uniquely tailored to their needs. As the liaison between clients and HL&W, Reddy enjoys
a wide variety of tasks. "I have a fascinating role at HL&W. I am able to work hand-in-hand with our creative
and production staff to develop ideas for clients, while simultaneously brainstorming with our clients about
how to meet and exceed the goals they have set for themselves," she shared. Reddy's responsibilities also include
identifying new markets and expanding HL&W's client base. Additionally, Reddy uses her writing, researching,
and public speaking experience to compliment the firm's overall operations.
Prior to joining HL&W, Grace was the assistant director of a non-profit in Ithaca, NY. Originally from Virginia,
Reddy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA
and a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from SUNY Brockport in Brockport, NY. Reddy has presented
research at a several conferences around the nation. Her work has appeared in a variety of periodicals and she has
successfully competed in a variety of public speaking events.
Jolie Riekofski, Production Assistant

In collaboration with Operations/Production Director Rebecca Shick, Riekofski will assist with the creation
of the firm's print, broadcast, and Web and multimedia applications for its clients. Her responsibilities
include research into and expansion of the firm's vendor base, project estimation, and scheduling.
"Jolie's graphic design and fine arts skills, along with her educational background, enhance the expertise
and professionalism of our production department and the value that we provide to our clients," Shick said.
Prior to joining HL&W, Riekofski worked as an accounts payable clerk and a document control clerk at
TTA Systems, LLC in Hornell, NY.
A resident of Corning, Riekofski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Arts from Houghton College
in Houghton, NY, and an Associate in Applied Science in Graphic Design and Advertising Technology degree
from Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, NY.
David Shaban, Art Director

"Dave is young, creative, and a perfect fit for our agency," said Wickham, president of HL&W. "His
design style adds yet another dimension to our creative portfolio, enabling us to offer our clients
unique design solutions that best reflect the image that they want to convey in the marketplace."
As art director, Shaban contributes to the development, execution and production of creative
concepts for a variety of media, including print, Web, TV and radio.
A recent graduate of Cazenovia College, Shaban has a bachelor of fine arts degree in visual
communications and served as a graphic design intern and freelance designer at HL&W before
accepting his new position.
Becky Shick, Operations/Production Director

As production/operations director, Becky estimates, schedules and monitors
all projects in the firm; manages all vendor relationships; and is
responsible for quality control, ensuring that all bases are covered so that
the production and delivery of projects goes smoothly. She also uses her
organizational skills and IT expertise to enhance the firm's overall operations.
In addition to her full-time responsibilities at HL&W, Shick teaches classes
in operations management and the economics of production management at RIT's
School of Print Media in its College of Imaging Arts and Sciences. She is
also the regional chapter head of the Adobe InDesign User Group, providing
technical insight and application education to chapter members in Rochester,
Buffalo, Toronto, Syracuse, Elmira and Corning.
Prior to moving back to her hometown of Hornell in 2005, Shick was senior
pre-press manager for L. P. Thebault Company in New Jersey, a $100 million
commercial printing company serving national clients. She holds an Associate
in Applied Science Degree in Communication Media from the State University
of New York at Alfred, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Printing Management
from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Business
Administration Degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
Donna Wujastyk, Office Manager

Donna joined HL&W in 1994 as our bookkeeper. She has steadily moved up within the company handling such responsibilities as traffic management where she
was responsible for tracking the flow of projects through the company, and production assistant where she participated in estimating costs to produce
various projects. Currently she holds the position of Office Manager where she oversees our day-to-day financial recordkeeping. Her knowledge
of how projects move throughout the company as well as how estimates are generated allows her to effectively track and report all the financial details
of our clients projects according to their requirements.
Prior to joining HL&W, Donna worked as a bookkeeper. She has an associate degree in accounting from SUNY Alfred.
